Drive Cleanser won't delete certain disk / wrong percentage displayed

Thread needs solution

I securely deleted a disk yesterday on the same computer.
Using Acronis 6525, I deleted a Samsung HD252KJ with the "German Standard" in use.

This took very long but worked without issues.
This said, the disk contained no partitions, so was empty.

Now for the second time I try to delete a Samsung HD321KJ and it fails to delete the disk (it contains only one partition with a Windows 8.1 x32 installation (MBR))

Drive Cleanser locks the disk and partition yet the progress is counted wrong. Starting with 1% and counting he will count more than 300-400%. Please refer to the screenshot.

At the end of the task the disk is not safely deleted and the partition remains unformatted. No error message appears.

Checking the disk with Crystaldiskinfo 6.20 the smart status of the drive is healthy.
What can cause this reproducible* issue ?

*on this particular drive

As I got no reply yet I tried the Arconis boot media (Linux / UEFI) to do the job.

That said, the progress bar was wrong in this version of Acronis too! So I assume an incompatibility with this particular Samsung harddisk.
However it is cleaned up now.

bumped because there is no official comment on this yet this bug still exists.
