Drive cloning problem

Hi there! I have a 750GB HDD with three partitions. The first two partitions (combined total under 300GB) I'd like to transfer to a new 500GB HDD.

problem is as I try to clone the partitions, even I have selected just the partitions I need, it still says they don't fit in my new drive? The graph includes the third partition I DIDN'T SELECT! I need help!
