Drive not showing up as target drive for nonstop backups

Can someone please advise why one of my external drives is not selectable as a target drive for nonstop backups? The drive is a Western Digital Elements drive and there is currently 863GB of free space. When I try to setup a scheduled backup the drive is selectable but not for nonstop backups. I have already unplugged every USB device attached to my computer with the same results and also updated the SNAP drivers. The problem persists in the full version of Acronis Home Image 2010 and 2011. I have also attached a system report if that may help. Thank you.
