[DUPLICATE] Backup lists, adding exisitng back ups, Recovering Stuff etc.

Acronis is installed on my two lap tops and my desk top. Acronis "entire" PC backups for each reside on an external disk. However, due to my ignorance of the Acronis software, each machines screens looks different.  For example, my desk top Acronis program shows only one backup in the backup list-the desktop backup itself. And there are no options available to perform any task on it. And, I am unable to add the other two exisiting backups to the list.  A block that says FTP seems to show up? Additionally there are no options (along the bottom of the screen to recover the PC or files. Something must be configured incorrectly?
