[DUPLICATE] Serial number doesn't work

I purchased an ADATA SSD drive and it says that it comes with a copy of the True Image HD to transfer my existing drive onto the new drive. But it didn't come with it...I had to download it! (what a royal pain *THAT* was trying to even download the thing!)
After I downloaded it and installed it, I clicked on "Get Key".
Soon afterwards, I got this humongous 64 digit key in a email.
I fired up the program "Acronis True Image HD" and got the activation screen again.
I copied and pasted the 64 digit key into the field. But the Activate! button remains greyed out.
So, I tried typing the 64 digit key, making sure to make all the letters uppercase.
Activate! button still greyed out.
I tried removing the dashes...
Activate! button still greyed out.
I rebooted my computer and attempted all the above again
Activate! button still greyed out.

So...How the heck do I get this thing activated?
Am I doing something wrong?
Is there a trick to this?
