E-Mail Backup: not sufficient rights

Thread needs solution

Win 7 64bit, Office 2010 (32 bit)

Since the last update, email backup does not work anymore:

1. Though it is scheduled daily, automatic backup does not work

2. If I click on "Backup Now" of my backup "Microsoft Outlook", Window's password is queried. After inputting the password, I get the error message "You do not have enough rights. You do not have the necessary rights. Contact your system administrator " (after confirming this message the backup process displays the status message" Time Remaining: Calculating ... ", but noting happens. After cancelling the backup process, the Status is "Backup was completed successfully (Today at 09:46 clock)").

3. Deleting and configuring a new backup does not solve the problem.

4. If I start ATIH with administrator rights, manual backup works without an error message. But that does not solve the problem, that automatic backup does not work (see #1).

Any solution?

Til,

A workaround could be to trigger ATI from the Windows Task Scheduler. I didn't try whether that could solve that particular issue.

Try this and let us know if automatic backup works with this setting.

Go to
Start
Right click on the menu listing for TI 2011 and choose Properties

Click on the compatability tab
Under privilege level
Checkmark "Run the program as an administrator"

Click apply

Hello,

I have downloaded TI2013 and when installing I get the message:
"The installation has failed."
"Unrecoverable error during installation"
"You do not have enough rights. You do not have the necessary rights. You need administrator rights on thos computer".
I translated the message from Dutch, so the message in English can be a little bit different from what I wrote.

I have administrator rights so what can I do?

I have 3 PC's and moving everything to one PC. I bought TI2013 on that new PC. On the other two I downloaded TI2013 (try) to backup these two PC's. The first one went oke, but this one failed.

Thanks in advance.

Did you have an older version of ATI installed on that PC?
