Email-Backup mit ATIH 2012 nicht möglich

Hallo miteinander,
ich arbeite mit ATI seit 2006 ohne Probleme. Mit dem neuen ATIH2012 ist ein Daten - und Sys-Backup ohne Probleme möglich, nur mit den Emails aus Win Live Mail geht´s nicht.
Ganz gleich, welchen Kontonamen oder welches Passwort bei den Anmeldedaten ich auch verwende, verweigert ATIH2012 seine Dienste. Man wird ganz irre.
Wer kann helfen? Was mache ich falsch?

Unfortunately we cannot localize the issue due to the lack of diagnostic information. If you have Windows Live Essentials 2011, please make sure that your account is POP, as IMAP accounts not supported yet. Please find more details here.

If it's not the cause of the problem, please provide us with: 

  1. Screenshot of the error that you receive
  2. Acronis Info from the problem machine
