email backup will not complete.

Thread needs solution

I am unable to complete a backup of my Office 2007 email files, using the Acronis email backup process. First the system takes forever to "calculate" the time. then it comes back with a preposterous time estimate, 16 hours last time I tried. It then starts and seems to just freeze. The error log states that the system is "removing verification requirement for database access" After an hour or so, I cancel the backup. I do not have any passwords associated with the files other than my original logon to Windows 7.

The knowledgebase does not offer any insight that I can find.
