Email Notification

Thread needs solution

Hi,

I currently have a trial of Acronis True Image Home 2015 running (it says it is up to date and running the latest version). The backup jobs work fine but I am not getting an email as I have setup when the jobs works successfully or if it fails. I am using Office 365, I have created a rule on there so emails are whitelisted. There is no firewall turned on for testing this, I have tested the email settings and the test email is received fine. It appears that Acronis just never sends them when the job runs. I've checked the tick boxes and they are set correctly for emails to be sent. I've included a system report below.

Any suggestions?
