When I try to schedule an saving operation, I can fill the first fields, but when I begin to fill "options", I get this message: "information of connection is not valid. Proceed anyway?" (in fact, in french: "l'information de connexion est non valide. Etes-vous sûr de vouloir continuer?") What does it mean, and what should I do? Thanks.

Let me explain the situation.

When you schedule a backup or validation task in Acronis True Image, you will need to provide your Windows user name and password at the Credentials screen of the Schedule Task Wizard:

The program requires Windows authorization for a scheduled task execution. That is why you should enter your account name and password both to let Acronis True Image Home log in to Windows with Administrator's rights and execute a scheduled task.

In other words, you should leave the username generated by our software and type the password you use to log in to Windows. If you don't have a password to log in to Windows, you should leave the password fields empty.
