error 013 sub error 01111

Thread needs solution

Hello,

i'm trying to install Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5 on server 2003 32bit, When i run the installation file i'm receiving the error code 013 sub error 01111.

i tried to extract each file and install it but i'm receiving this message:

the following products are incompatible with one you are going to install. uninstall these products manually and then restart installation 9.5.8115.

Things i did:

- removed the old acronis version.
- cleaned all off acronis files from the registry

-1. Remove Acronis Secure Zone if you have it.

2. Remove Acronis True Image Backup Archive Explorer.

3. Remove Acronis SnapAPI drivers.

4. Run regedit and delete the following registry keys:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Acronis
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Acronis

5. Delete \Program Files\Acronis folder
Delete \Program Files\Common Files\Acronis folder
Delete \Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Acronis folder
Delete \WINDOWS\system32\autoprnt.exe if it exists
Delete shortcuts from Desktop and Start menu

6. Reboot the machine.

Thank you in advanced for your help

Moti,

What Acronis product did you uninstall?

Do you get this error message after you've entered the serial number or as soon as you run the installer?

Have you rebooted your system between uninstalling the previous program and installing 11.5?

Colin,

i uninstalled acronis acronis true image echo 9.5.8115.

i managed to start the installation a few second ago but now i can not install the agent core
error code 0644253.

do you have a solution for me?

I think you have 3 options.

1. Find the installer log file and see which entry is shown as causing a failure. You need to start at the bottom of the file to see the error code and then work your way up to the top.

2. Download and run the Acronis Cleaner utility - this should sort out any incorrect registry entries in regard to Acronis products. Note; this will disable any other Acronis product you might have installed, so they will need to ahve a repair install run on them.

3. Raise a support ticket with Acronis.
