Error 0x40007 Acronis True Image Server 9.1

Thread needs solution

Hi,

I have a Acronis True Image Server build 3.832 running on a Windows 2003 server std. SP2.

There are a number of different Backupjobs that all run fine... however I have to Backup some files from a network drive on to a NAS. That NAS is also used for the other backups and it is working fine.
The username/password used for the the shares and windows are all the same.

unfortunatley the backup is interrupted with this error:

Fehler beim Öffnen der Datei (0x40007)| TAG=0xF35F747B3B21FA89(0x803F7)|
TAG=0xBA19E88DC5FE9EBC

what can I do?

THX!

Hello,

Let me assist you with this situation.

This issue can be related to the following reasons:

- Network dropouts during data backup

- Source data access failure

In order to exclude Network issue from causes please try saving the same task to some internal drive and check the results.

Also, could you please clarify, what exact folders are you trying to back up? What happens if you copy them to some other location?

We are looking forward to hearing back from you at your earliest convenience.

Thank you.

hi,

thx for the reply.

I solved the Problem by writing a script that copies the files from the source to a local folder so I can read them from the loca drive.
