Error 1326 Bullsh!t.......

Thread needs solution

 

ERROR 1326, my TI2009 stays at idle, last month all was fine, now stuck......Tried the posteed things, no help.

Windows XP SP3, I am admin, the Acronis thingy is running. Build is 9709.

 

HELP!!!

PS live chat support will not launch, also the web based form for support will not launch, both just go to top of info page (where you fill in your name and info).

I bought this in June and now cant use it? Not very happy unless you get this fixed...........

More information might help, like what was TI2009 trying to do, from boot cd or from Windows, what type of backup/restore, to or from where, when did it work last, how long before it fails? Can you post the log entry?

You have 30 days from purchase to seek a refund. Within that period, in the past, Acronis has provided a Satisfaction guarantee. so, absolutely regardless of any other facts, if within 30 days you are disatisfied and ask for a refund, you should be able to get one.

 

If you shop around you might find another prog that is easier use or you might find them all equally frustrating. One thing Apple did right is build full disk backup into its OS, with Windows machines, you have to do all this fa_ting around just to ensure the integrity of what's on the disk(s).

I agree about other software....

 

My biggest issue is the lack of support, I mean zero support, if not for you all we all would be stuck.

I got an email and my SW is working again. But it was not from Acronis.

I find Acronis easy to use and am really happy with the job it does. Again my issue seems to be no company support...........
