Error 1327 in ATI 2009 (build 9,809)
All of a sudden, I've started getting this error:
event code="1327" id="1" level="4" message="Scheduler is unable to run the task"} with GUID 69A0D1A1-0D60-4FBA-B240-3AD17A0FB92A} because of the error 1327 (Logon failure: user account restriction. Possible reasons are blank passwords not allowed, logon hour restrictions, or a policy restriction has been enforced." module="9" time="1306190279" type="4"
I haven't changed anything (though there may have been a system update, I don't recall). I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium. I only have one account installed with admin privileges and no password. It just goes straight to my desktop when I turn on the computer. I have no logon restrictions (that I know of - and I certainly haven't added any since ATI suddenly stopped working). Most of the time ATI has to wake the computer up from sleep, but yesterday I tried manually starting a backup and it failed with the same error.
Any suggestions or need further info to help me diagnose this? I'm getting nervous with not having a backup running every night.
Thanks.

Hello Brian M. and Pat,
Thank you for your messages and your kind help Pat.
Brian, let me provide you with additional assistance please.
In case Pat's suggestion does not work there is very little that can be done because Acronis True Image 2009 Home does not support Windows 7.
You can always upgrade to Acronis True Image 2011 Home though for half the price which has Windows 7 support.
If you need additional help please let me know.
Thank you.
