Error code E000101F4: True Image Home 11 cannot detect hard disks

Hello,

As I purchased a new computer I needed to reinstall my system which runs now on:

- Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit
- Acronis True Image Home 11

However I cannot perform any backup or recovery using the bootable CD which I have created with True Image. The application starts but when scanning for hard disks, the following error message is displayed:

Error code: E000101F4
Cannot find any hard disks

Shouldn't the 11 version be able detecting new hardware?

Download the the ISO version from your Acronis account and create a new CD. It may contain more updated drivers and support the hardware. If not, you would need to contact Acronis Support and see if they would provide you with a custom ISO that does. As noted by bin, TI 11 is not supported in Windows 7.

I bought a new motherboard (Intel) and the record came Acronis True Image 2011.

I installed the product and apparently worked well, but he does not detect the disks when I use the boot disk.

As he came on CD Motherboard has no serial number.

How do I register and get the support?
