Error from deleted ONline Backup

Thread needs solution

Hi Folks

I hope sopmeone can help me because my meagre 31 day support expired 3 days ago and now I am getting an error I think is caused by a deleted online backup profile.

I have an unlimited account with an online backup provider but they decided to reduce this to a limit that was less than I needed so I decided to try the ONline Backup option in Acronis 2012 which I upgraded for the purpose. However as Acronis have still not resolved issue of their software preventing a clean shutdown oy my Laptop when a backup is running I decided their offering wasn't good enough for regular backups (though I still like it for occasional disk images) and I deleted the Online Backup profiles from the Acronis website. When I log into my account on Acronis True Image the scheduled profiles have been removed but each day I get a failoure email as below:

1 Information 20/05/2012 12:00:04 Online Backup
2 Information 20/05/2012 12:00:04 Operation Online Backup started by schedule.
3 Information 20/05/2012 12:00:04 Analyzing partition '0-0'...

6 Information 20/05/2012 12:00:05 Analyzing partition 'D:'...
7 Information 20/05/2012 12:00:05 Online Backup
8 Warning 20/05/2012 12:00:06 C:\ProgramData\Acronis\TrueImageHome\OnlineBackup\cliff@mcloughlin.me.uk\client.crt
9 Warning 20/05/2012 12:00:06 The system cannot find the file specified
10 Warning 20/05/2012 12:00:06 Failed to process pair script:DBF82A6E-8270-4171-8A2F-17FE189F9F8B.
11 Acronis True Image Home 20/05/2012 12:00:06 Operation has completed with errors.

Can anyone help me sort this out so that Acronis doesn't keep trying to run a deleted profile - if need be I am happy to edit the registry but would appreciate direction to what key to edit

Thanks

Looks like an orphaned task. If it is, removing is with schedmgr should help

Probably you can tell the necessary task by the script GUID like on that screenshot https://kb.acronis.com/sites/default/files/content/2005/12/1859/task_de…
