Error message; Operation failed (time stamp) The specified path does not exsit

I keep getting this error message several times a day. It is tied to error code 0x0105008 but the error code is not in the Acronis data base. I have turned off all backup scheduling.
The Acronis program keeps making operations that show up in the Acronis program menu with the title of Laptop_backup_full_b(a number that is now up to 7)_s1-v1. The operation has scheduling set to daliy until I go into the program and turn it off. Inside the operation there is "no source selected" and I think that causes the error message.
How do I get the Acronis program to stop generating the files or operations with the name Laptop_backup... ? How do I stop Acronis program from running all the time and wasting CPU power?
Build number is 6525 and is up to date. Running on a windows machine 64 bit.
