Error message "Scheduler is suspended (Služba plánovače je pozastavena)" appears after Update 1

Error message "Scheduler is suspended (Služba plánovače je pozastavena)" appears after Update 1 installation every time after the boot-up of the computer. The fix (a small exe file) offered at Acronis web page does not work.

How can I fix it? Can I downgrade the True Image to get rid of the update 1?

Why there is no error number? The error appears in Czech and the forum and other support is in English only (or at least not in Czech).

Was it this article (with exe file) http://kb.acronis.com/content/41540 ? What are 'recovery options' in service's properties? Is scheduler 2 service actually stopped when the error appears ? Are there any messages about scheduler service crash in windows event logs ?

After some days without trouble the problem arised again (and again) ! Is there any permanent cure?
