Error opening the backup archive
I created a backup using ATI 2014 Backup & Recovery Bootable CD. The backup appears to have been created, but I cannot access it.
Thanks for any insight.

Thank you. I'm using ATI 2014. Had issues and do not like 2020 version. Had it installed, but removed it and replaced with 2014.
I can view other backups from my OS without issues, but not this one. I have created two such backups recently and I cannot view the data from my file explorer OS.
In the past, I was able to copy files from my backup to my hard drive without "recovering" the backup.

Bryan, thanks for the extra information. What version of Windows OS are you using here?
When you uninstalled ATI 2020 and installed ATI 2014, did you do a full uninstall of 2020 and use the Acronis Cleanup tool?
ATI 2014 is not supported to be installed with Windows 10 as it predated that OS version, though there are users who have been using this combination.
There is backwards compatibility for later versions of ATI with backup files created by previous versions, so ATI 2020 would be able to work with files created by 2014, so even if the TibMounter feature of ATI that is used with the OS integration into Explorer came from 2020 instead of 2014, that shouldn't be an issue.
The other thought here is if your PC was not fully shutdown before booting from the ATI 2014 rescue CD, such that the system was in a hybrid sleep state (akin to hibernation) due to Windows Fast Start being in play, which can cause issues with any changes to the file system if made while in this state, as these are lost when the system resumes from this state. Normally, the file simply isn't found rather than being reported as being corrupt when this issue is involved.
Again, one way to test if the ATI 2014 backup is really corrupt would be to boot back into the rescue environment and try opening it to do a simple file recovery or else run a validation of the file in that environment.

Thanks. I'll try the Backup & Recovery Bootable CD and try to open it.
