error reading file with 2013 Version

Hi,

get a very strange situation which I would like to understand

I am using true image 2013 version daily. Nearly every day I got the same thing.

- True image starts (log file translated from German version)
- log file entry: Writing complete version blabla.tip
- log file entry: The following backup was successfully created blabla.tip
- log file entry: error reading file code 0x01E50004+0x00040001+0x0017000A

backup terminated but the file exists on my external drive

is this backup ok or not or what happens here?
