Error when backing up entire OS

Thread needs solution

I am using an Asus E200HA-FD0009TS netbook running Acronis True image 2015
Processor: Intel Quad-Core Atom x5-Z8300 Processer (2M Cache, 1.44 GHz up to 1.84 GHz)
OS: Windows 10 (64bit)
MemorySlot: N/A
On board memory: 2GB
Storage: 32G EMMC + 32G SD CARD
Display: 11.6'//LED Back-lit//Ultra Slim 200nits//HD 1366x768 16:9//Glare//NTSC:45%

I tried to back up my OS to flashdrive (32GB)  but an error message came up on my screen when trying to back it up 'Failed to read data from disk' and 'failed to read fron sectore 'o' of hard disk '2'

I have uploaded a print screen of the error message

Please let me know what I am doing wrong

Christopher, you will need to identify exactly what disk is giving the 'Failed to read data' error message.  Acronis counts disks starting from '1' but Windows starts counting from '0', so in the error message, disk '2' will show in Windows Disk Management as disk '1'.

You should run any disk diagnostic utilities for your "Storage: 32G EMMC + 32G SD CARD" if these are the only internal disk drives present.

Any disk read errors will need to be resolved before you can make the full backup image, but you could try making a separate backup of each drive individually.

Test versions of Windows 10 had this problem for a while.  I am now on latest version and it works again.
