Error when trying to use backup in 11

Thread needs solution

Worked before but now when I try to perform backup I get an error message that task cannot be completed. What can I do?

What Acronis product are you actually using TIH 11, TIH 2011 or ABR11 and build number?

Is there anymore information in the task log?

Are you making a files and folder backup or a disk/partition image?

Is this to a disk, NAS network share or Online Backup?

How long has it been working and how long ago did it suddenly stop?

Have you added either new hardware or installed new software to the machine (including Windows Updates) shortly before it stopped working?
