Error while opening configuration file-0xAA145495CA4E42B3

Thread needs solution

When ever I click Backup And Recovery menu option and then Disk And Partition Backup option to create Backups, then I check in Acronis True Image Console , it shows Event Details - Error while opening configuration file-0xAA145495CA4E42B3 . Please help. See Attached Pic.

Also i would like to tell my system is Windows 8 Pro and have not made any backup till now, and not using online  backup service nor logged into my account.

Does the task actually complete or start after this warning is shown?

Have you tried running a repair install of 2013?

I have not tried completing the Disk Backup process.

Also, not tried running a repair install of 2013.

But why it occurs ???

I don't know why it occurs, but the first thing to check is to see if the installation or the files are corrupted. A repair install will check for corruption.

No, i don't think installation files are corrupted.

But what are these -configuration file ???

If you aren't going to try one possible fix for your problem, there isn't much point in going any further. Perhaps you should raise an official request for help form Acronis via their Support page.

I want a possible solution to this error problem.

what are these -configuration file ?

I just found out may be i have some backups after these error and i have used those backup.
