Error while opening configuration file

What is this error - Error while opening configuration file ?????

THis error appears only after i click open Disk and Partition Backup>DiskBackup>Configure Disk Backup Process.
How to remove this error ?
If i do not remove this error, will it impact Disk Backup Process ?
