Errors dealing with backup database

Thread needs solution

I have frequest errors where a backup is reported as completed with errors, yet the event log show the

backup to jave been created successfully but there are errors dealing with the backup database and the

session is recorded as completed with errors.  The backup itself may or may not have been installed at the backup location.

 

Any help in dealing with backup database communications?

What version of Acronis True Image are you using here?

Problem with the Acronis Database can be resolved by renaming the current Database folder found in C:\ProgramData\Acronis\TrueImageHome\ folder (this may be hidden on some systems).

You will need to end all Acronis Services and Processes to be able to rename the Database folder (i.e. to Database.OLD).  The folder will be recreated when your restart the Acronis application again.
