Event code: 0x001703EF

Thread needs solution

Out of the blue for the last 2 days, I am getting my Cloud based backup to fail allegedly because "Read error or data content is corrupted.".

There is nothing corrupted in my data content as I can do whatever I want and need with the files in the folder, including backing them up with another tools.

I am an IT PRO, so when I say that there is no corruption, there is none. Files are not being used at the backup time.

Event code: 0x001703EF --> That page does not exist and there is no one reference (worthwhile) to that error code.

Any ideas?

Love the fact the product provides no support after 30 minutes after download.

K. Bryan, if you have a current problem backing up to the Acronis Cloud, then I would recommend opening a Support Case for this and let Acronis Support investigate what that problem is.

No one in these user forums has any access to the Cloud systems to check if there are any problems etc.
