Automatic Execution.

Presently I have Schedular making Incremental Backups. However I have to manually execute a Validation.

What is the way to get ACRONIS to execute, automatically, a Validation directly after my scheduled Incremental Backup?

I would suggest you to try enabling "Validate backup archive upon operation completion" option in the Additional Settings, available in the task scheduler.

I didn't open the Default setups "tree". Once you told me where to read in the PDF, I went straight to it.

Oh dear . . .

Well, I used the "Validate backup archive upon operation completion" option in the Additional Settings, but it failed. I did get the incremental backup, but without the automatic validation. I needed to execute this manually.

Please advise.

What error was reported by TI? Does the log show anything? It may help if you post it.

If you run a manual backup and select to have it validated on completion, does it work?

Sometimes editing an existing task doesn't work correctly. You could try recreating the task with the validate option and see if the new task completes successfully.
