F11 build 9,796 does not work for me
This description box does not work correctly in Opera 10...please have the webmaster fix this!!
Just started using Acronis 2009 Home. Tried to recover using F11. F11 does not "allow" me to restore to the C Drive. That option is not available. The "choose other drive" option is highlighted but no C Drive is recognized.
Now I did update my BIOS a weeks or so ago and I have a RAID page showing up at boot up ever since even though I do not have a raid system at all...just happen to have a RAID capable motherboard.. Could that be affecting it? I have tried to disable RAID in the BIOS but then cannot boot computer.
Do not like this new 2009; preferred Acronis 11.
Can I disable the F11 feature and still be able to restore from my previous backup tibs???
Edit: Discovered that when booting with f11, no drive is listed by default to restore TO and my C Drive is listed by Acronis as the D Drive and my regular D Drive Partition is listed as the C Drive when I BROWSE!! How can I fix this?
Also, tried to use "consolidate when have 6 backups (incremental) and it instead does a FULL backup TWICE and then tries to consolidate...what's going on here?
I've been using True Image since version 6 and have never been this "messed up" before!Just started using Acronis 2009 Home. Tried to recover using F11. My D partition was suddenly listed as the active partition not the C Drive so I changed that but the C drive is not picked up as the main drive to which to restore anyway after I fixed that. In fact, all the drives have labels different from the restore listing drive labels.
Would like to revert to old Acronis 11. How do I do that? Is there a set of steps you can link me to to accomplish that? I don't care if I wasted $14.95 on Acronis 2009, just want to get back to Acronis 11 where everything was nice and simple.
Been with you since Version 6 but can't handle 2009.
With F11 enabled it now makes me insert my desktop installation disk when I start up to fix the boot because it won't boot into Vista. I give up.
Tried to use Acronis 11 boot disk and it says all the 2009 restore points are corrupt so I guess a month's worth of backups will be totally lost to me.
Is it as easy as uninstalling 2009 and then reinstalling Acornis 11?
