What boot manager are you using and what version and build of TI are you using?
Grub4DOS can boot the ISO. You could also setup GRUB or Syslinux to boot TI.

I'm using ATI 2010.
I use many years boot manager Symon (symon.ru) which doesn't see ATI-partition and can't load standalone ATI.
For a solution of a problem I would like to know an exact arrangement ATI-partition on a hard disk also type of its file system (presumably 83-Linux). It is necessary that Symon has transferred control directly to standalone-ATI in exchange F11
