Fail to find previous Non-Stop Backup files after re-install

Thread needs solution

I recently had to re-install TIH with the PP. I exported my backup settings before doing so. After installation I imported those settings. All my backups returned except for the non-stop backup.

I then clicked on the "Browse for Backup" button and navigated to where I was storing the non-stop backup. With the backup location highlighted I clicked on the "Search for nonstop backup" button. Once I did so the dialog box closed and I was returned to the home screen, with non-stop backup or indication of activity.

I need to get this working again, as I had roughly 11-months of files stored in the backup. I do have an image of the partition from before, but the non-stop backup has been much more useful usability wise and goes back much farther.

Acronis, how do I recover my non-stop backup files and setting?

Josh,

If you use your Acronis recovery CD, can you restore from your OLD non-stop backup? If yes, you could rename your hidden non-stop backup storage folder to keep it around and start a new non-stop backup.
