Fail to Validate and Restore a Backup

When I try to validate a backup the message Warning Cannot find Version 13. If I click ignore it then looks for Version 12 etc. I have an updated version of Acronis True Image (ATI) 2015 build 6525. What is going on?

During a recent need to restore my computer with ATI 2015, all of the backups were shown to be corrupted. However, I was able to restore using an old version (i.e., 2014) of ATI with one of these "corrupted" backups.

How do I fix these problems? Do I need to uninstall and reinstall the program?

I have a similar problem. When I try to validate a backup,
I receive the message Warning Cannot Find Version 6. When
I click "Retry", I get the same message. When I click
"Ignore", I get the same error message for "Version 5",
then "Version 4", etc.

I have never had this problem until recently.
I've never had to restore.

I'm using "ATI 2015 for PC and Mac" and running it on a
PC. I can't find the build number.

I'll appreciate any help. It would be nice to validate my
backups are OK.
