"Failed to back up file or folder"

Thread needs solution

Trying to backup a file held on a networked HD.
Get message" "Failed to back up file or folder"
I believe I should set the credentials for the file.
This is the Username and Password.
But what Username and Password?
I didn't set these when the file was created.

Firstly, if I have posted wrong, I am sorry but this is the closest i could find related to my problem.

I have a problem with a backup of my NAS device files and folders (DNS-323 Firmware Version: 1.05).
O.S. used is Windows XP SP3 (all the latest updates installed).

For testing period, I used ATI2010 downloaded from your site (a week before new 2011 came out).

Backup of DNS-323 went without any problems and we decided to purchase the full version.

Since there was a new product out, we bought the Acronis TI 2011 build:5105.

I now have a problem with backup. I keep getting error messages:

If needed, I can send a full log file.

The problem is that it is not always this specific file, that has issues (btw. file has no issues, can be normaly accessed). Every time a new backup i started, some other file has the same issues.

example:

I will try running backup with services running on specific account (but have to wait till working hours end) and give an update.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
