failed to backup file

Thread needs solution

I have True Image 2009 and experienced following problem.
On a scheduled task to backup data, and to overwrite previous full backup, the result is "done with errors" after the message "failed to backup XXX" issued many times.
I have verified that the files and folders referenced were regularly copied, so I deleted the previous backup manually and run again the True Image Task.
The result was all OK without any error.
Any comment ?

Unfortunately, I am unable to identify the exact reason of the issue without additional information. Could you please provide us with the log file of the failed operation? 
- Launch the program;
- Tasks and logs, Log;
- Choose the log entry which contains errors and make right-click on it;
- Select save option and specify the desired location for the log file to save to;
- Attach the log file to your next post. 
Also could you please clarify where backup location is placed (whether it's on internal, external, or network hard drive)?
