Failed to Open Datastream

Hi,

I can see that this error message appears to occur quite frequently in the forums, but I still cannot seem to get rid of the issue no matter what I try. If I clone the back-up job to create a new one, the back-ups work for a while (about a week) and then I get the error message again. I have checked and there is still plenty of space on the disk where the back-up files are being stored.
When I try to get the details of the error message to see if that may provide additonal clues as to what is gong on Acronis just hangs. According to "Help/About" I am running Acronis True Image Home 2011 Plus Pack build 6597. I have tried downloading the latest version from the web site, but after installation it still says that I am on build 6597.

At the moment I cannot recover from my latest back-up (not that I need to currently, but it makes me nervous) so I'd like to get this sorted asap.
