Failed to read the snapshot. (0x10C45A) error
I have recently updated to Win 7 Pro (64bit) and found that Home Image 2010 which worked perfectly well on Win 7 Home Premium no longer worked being a blocked program.
I downloaded the trail of Home Image 2011 and now get the "Failed to read the snapshot. (0x10C45A)" regardless of which drive, internal or external, I select for backup.
This seems to be a well publicised issue but with no definate solution. The backup validate OK having selected "ignore" on the error but I do not want to be upgrading to the full version if I still don't have a definate backup solution on Win 7 Pro64.
Can someone please inform me if there is a fix for this problem and for now are the backups I have made safe to rely on.
