Failed restore T.I. backup of Raid 0 array with 2 ssd disks of different capacity

Thread needs solution

My Raid 0 array has got to SSD disks. One SSD is 90GB and the other SSD is 120GB this gives a RAID 0 arry capacity of 180GB. I can make a valid backup with True Image 2013, however when I want to restore this image it fails to do so. Sometimes it uses only the 90GB disk and then if restarted it refuses to boot. Many times during the restore procedure there is only one SSD available for Choice where to put the immage back. So it then doesn't show the 180 array capacity, but only the 90GB SSD.
Is this an issues of having not to exaxt the same hard disks in the Raid 0 array?
Thanks for helping me out.

Do the restores from the recovery CD> When you boot your computer on the recovery, verify that ATI running from that CD sees a single volume, and not the 2 disks separately.
If ATI doesn't see your RAID properly, you will have to upgrade to Plus, create a WinPE disk, and possibly have to inject the right RAID drivers into your WinPE image.
