Failed to start Backup 'Entire PC'

Thread needs solution

Yesterday I ordered the unlimited PC backup version.
However, I cannot make backup's in the cloud.
The error message "Failed to start Backup 'Entire PC'" appears.
It retries after around 10 minutes.

I have a network speed of 100mbs internet both up and down

What can be wrong?
