Failure by Acronis to make easy contact for system problems in software

Where has good friendly service gone. I have struck a problem trying to remove unwanted listings in my 2015 and can't find anywhere to fix this problem. I remember the good old days when Acronis techs like Sergey were only too glad to help with a problem, even talk to you. Now I get told even though I am just out of 12 months warranty that what appears to be an operational problem that never bothered me before must be paid for. Apart from this updates have made Acronis less user friendly to use. It used to be so easy to do what you wanted. Acronis used to be great and user friendly not money hungry and that made it great. Must be the take over by ANZ that pops up on the screens.
Now I don't know if I even want to use it any more and will look elsewhere. Any suggestions. George Kimpton gkimp@westnet.com.au
