Feature requests for Acronis Online Backup - partial file changes, iPhone app?

Hi,

I've recently signed-up to Acronis Online Backup (having spent the past year with a Carbonite subscription) and so far have been very impressed with the program's speed and the ability to customise exactly what files and folders you want storing online. I haven't tried using it via my netbook too yet but it also seems a great feature to allow multiple computers. The data allowance too is really good, better than other online services for the price.

Just some feature request things that come to mind:

1) If you make a change to a file, does the whole file get uploaded again, or does it just upload the partial bit of the file that has changed (like Mozy does)? I can't find anything in the documentation to say the program does this. I know it would use more CPU, but it would save my internet bandwidth and would no doubt benefit your server traffic too!

2) Carbonite had a good iPhone app that allowed me to view pictures, videos, PDFs and Word files on my phone. Is there any way you could think about developing one like this in the future, even if it's just a mobile friendly interface reached through the phone's internet browser?

Also, a question:

I've gone into Windows / Folder Options and selected "View Hidden Files", then I've selected some of my User / App Data folders to be backed-up by Acronis, but when I go into Folder Options again and hide the hidden files, the folders disappear from the Acronis list of folders to select. Do you know if they will still backup ok?
