File and/or Folder Recovery from Acronis 12 Backup

I don't use this product very often, and I am very fortunate that is the case, because I am not the least bit impressed with it. In fact, the term "sucks the big one" comes to mind.

I am simply trying to restore a folder which I show in my Windows directory as

"C:\Users\Bob\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles"

and restore it to the "Temp" folder on a different drive. To me, this is a rudimentary requirement for a back program to do, but I have been farting around with the product for several hours with absolutely no luck. First of all, I can not even find the folder in the Acronis list of folders. Can this be done with Acronis 12, or should I have just stuck with "Backup" from Windows NT?
