File Backup Trying to Backup Files NOT Selected.

In addition to all the NAS issues I have run into couple of other things...

First, 2012 fails whenever it hits a file with the E attribute. I got around this one by finding and changing or deleting all files with that attribute.

Next, I got the message abouts a file in use by a processs which was not shown. The file was one of the MS SQL Server Express definition data files. To get around this, I simply removed the folder from the back. I restarted the backup and got the same error. So I then removed the entire program files folder from the backup. I still got the error!

All the abouve works file on 2011 which I reinstalled last night.

With all this little errors, why don't they have an option to skip the file and continue instead of aborting the entire backup.
