A file named auto_reactivate.exe in Windows\system32 directory flagged as malware

Hello Moderator,

A file named auto_reactivate.exe in my Windows\system32 directory has been flagged as malware. I tried renaming the file to see if it made any differences, and rebooted. The reboot took a very long time (not normal), but Acronis appeared to work, and a quick check of some other programs appears to be normal.

What is this file, and is it required for Acronis to work? Forgot build number: 6525
