Files don't open in Backup Explorer

Hi,

Win 7
Admin User role
Acronis True Image 2014

1. I clicked on name of my nonstop backup in Backup & Recovery tab of Acronis True Image 2014.

2. Navigated to any file, e.g. .doc file in Acronis Backup Explorer.

3. Right click on file name to get Acronis right-click context menu.

4. Choose Open - nothing happens. No error message. Same on all files.

5. I know I'm doing it correctly because this works in Acronis TI 2014 on my other computer.

Why don't files open in Backup Explorer?
