Forum Search Not Working

The forum search is not returning results for this forum (Acronis True Image 2015 Forum). To verify the behavior, I picked some new and old posts in this forum and tried searching on the key terms and on the entire subject. The results show some filtering options to the right, as an example:

Filter by Forums
(-) Acronis True Image Home Discussions
Acronis True Image Home Forum - Older Versions (73)

But it never lists "Acronis True Image 2015 Forum". Also, the most recent posts in that forum are numbered in the 90,000's, but the highest numbered results are usually only in the 50,000's. Is something wrong with the forum indexing? Does anyone else experience this?

It is already bad enough that Acronis charges so much for support, but then their forums do not function correctly either! Terrible! Everything worked great for the 30-day free support window, but now I am beginning to regret purchasing the unlimited annual backup cloud subscription. The idea of the cloud backup is great, but it takes more than 30 days to experience all the stupid bugs that make it a rip-off.
