Free upgrade from 2014 appears to be failing.
Thread needs solution
Just found out about the free upgrade today, having purchased a Home Premium 2014 family pack back in October. Intrigued, I gave it the go ahead to upgrade.
It responded with the "Get ready for Acronis True Image 2015!" window and a shiny new serial number with the warning not to close the window.
So I left it open, but some 3 hours later, it's still there and nothing's changed.
It's not slow Internet so I'm confused what the hold up is.
PC:
Windows 8.1Pro x64
8GB RAM
More than adequate hard drive space.
ESET Nod32 Smart Security Suite (Firewall and AV).
I turned off the Firewall temporarily in case that was it, and restarted the procedure, but still nothing.
