General doubts

Thread needs solution

With acronis true image home.

I usually have one pc with the same system installed in differents partitions. In the partitions C: ; D: , F: , I: , M: and N: (my system is windows xp pro)

And other pc with with the same system installed in differents partitions (windows xp pro is my system)

So

If I obtained an image from the first pc on the system on D:

Can I restore that image on the letter F: in the same PC ?
Can I restore that image on the letter F: in the other PC ?
Can I restores that image on the letter M: in the other PC?

Best Regards

Yes. Always do the restores from the recovery CD.

Can I restore that image on the letter F: in the other PC ?

Yes/Maybe with the Universal Restore feature that becomes enabled when you purchased the Plus Pack. Look up Acronis Universal Restore. Not necessary if the other PC has *exactly* the same motherboard chipset.

Can I restores that image on the letter M: in the other PC?

Same as above.
