Get message "not authorized" when I am trying to clone my hard drive to another drive when I click the reboot button.

Thread needs solution

I had trouble with my PC booting up so I contacted Norton support. They helped me clean up my startup programs in msconfig basically removing everything but the monitor function. After this my PC boots up very quickly as opposed to 5-8 minutes before that. Now I want to clone my hard drive to another hard drive and when I went through the process for cloning, it tells me I don't have auntorization or privilege to perform the reboot. I am set up as an administrator on my PC. Do I need to add an Acronis program back into the startup programs to make this work? I have cloned my hard drive several times in the past without this problem.
