Getting an Activation msg

V 2012
Windows 7 (PC 2)
This may have been due to using my back up to restore an image on a new harddrive - where as the original hard drive crashed (PC 1)
My Serial number is not being accepted and its asking for an installation code - of which I was never given (PC 2)
PC 1 is now fully operational and Acronis uninstalled on tha machine - so no back up folder to go to.
And now using only the one version of Acronis.
HELP ANY ONE !
