Getting any kind of help from this site

Thread needs solution

Even though I recently had a problem with my PC and couldn't reboot after using Try and Decide I found the solution after about 3 hours without any feedback from this Website/Forum.

Acronis True Image saved my ass and data. I located an old floppy with bootable recovery disk (all 7 of them) and I was able to recover my computer from the backup.

I have found this site to be the most unbelievably user unfriendly site I have ever been to.

I have two questions and I have no idea where to get answers regarding Acronis True Image. There so many forums to post to I don't know which is the appropriate one for my questions and nowhere else to turn to.

I am using this product because it works and certainly not because it has made my life any easier

If you are using the TrueImageHome software, you have posted in the correct forum.

On your next post, it would help if you were to identify which version of 2011 you have and its build plus which version of Windows.

The current version is the 2011 and the current build is 6696. The help /about menu provides this info but you may have to hold down on the alt key in order to expose the menu along the top margin or upper right.

If your questions relate to "Try & Decide", there are not a lot of postings for reference seeking. Useful links along the left margin may be helpful as well as the info inside my signature below.

Ask your questions and give the forum volunteers a chance to respond.
