Let me assist you.

In order to investigate the issue we need some additional information. Could you please do the following:

  • Could you please clarify: where did you try to save your backups?
  • Please pick up created Acronis System Report and submit a request to support directly.

As a temporary workaround I may suggest you to use a bootable CD. You can find the information on how to create it at the Chapter 15 of the User's Guide.
